Shipping Methods – United States
We currently offer U.S. ground shipping only on eligible products.
Orders are processed within 5–8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier availability and destination.
Shipping rates:
- U.S. Ground Shipping: Flat rate applied at checkout
- Free U.S. Ground Shipping: Available on qualifying orders (as shown at checkout)
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.
Pre-Order Items
Shipping rates and delivery times may differ for orders that include pre-order items.
If an order contains one or more pre-order products:
- Shipping will be processed once all items in the order are available
- Expedited timelines do not apply while items remain on pre-order
- Delivery times may be extended depending on product availability
If an item becomes unavailable or delayed, the customer will be notified.
Extended Delivery Areas
Some U.S. addresses may be considered extended or remote delivery zones by the carrier.
If an additional surcharge applies, the customer will be notified prior to shipment to approve the added cost before the order is processed.
Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment, cancellations are not permitted.
If you have questions regarding a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted.
If an order arrives incomplete or contains an error attributable to Back to Raw, we will replace or resend the correct item at no additional cost. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the items received
Delays
If an order cannot be fully processed due to inventory issues, the customer will be notified and may choose to:
- Wait for the product to be restocked
- Request a product substitution
- Request a refund
- Back to Raw reserves the right to notify customers of delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged Orders
Back to Raw is not responsible for damage or loss once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If a package arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist you with filing a claim directly with the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
Products in the Frozen Finds category (fresh, raw, or frozen items) do not qualify for U.S. shipping.
